- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and basic account details.
- Resumes & Job Descriptions: When you use the Service, we process the resume files (PDF, DOCX, DOC, RTF, or TXT) and any job descriptions you upload in order to generate your ATS score, red flags, and tailoring suggestions.
- Support Communications: If you contact us, we keep a record of your messages so we can respond and improve the Service.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as the features you use, the pages you visit, and the dates and times of your activity.
- Log & Device Data: Your browser automatically sends information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and diagnostic data.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not work properly as a result.
c. Information From Third Parties
- Payment Information: Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. We do not store or collect your full payment card details. Paddle’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. We receive limited transaction details, such as confirmation of payment and your subscription status.

- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To analyze your resume and generate scores, red flags, and tailoring suggestions.

- To improve the quality and accuracy of the Service. We do not use the personal content of your uploaded resumes to train third-party AI models.

- Service Providers: With vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Paddle), hosting, analytics, and email delivery, under obligations to protect your data.
